For me "Fitness" is not about achieving a scale victory or a certain clothing size it's about being healthy and eating right. I want to be healthy, happy, strong, and fit.... not skinny.  I want to fuel my body with the proper foods it needs to operate at its best and match those efforts with daily exercise. 

Start gradually-Be consistent! I hope YOU become inspired to take action in your own life and create a desire to reach your personal fitness goals.
